NESHAP Inspections / Reports

Shore Green will conduct an inspection and collect samples for testing. They will assess the building materials and provide a detailed report on the presence, location, and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)

Based on the inspection report, evaluate the condition of the ACMs and their potential for releasing asbestos fibers into the air. This assessment will help determine the level of risk and prioritize necessary actions

Shore Green will develop a comprehensive asbestos management plan. This plan should include strategies for monitoring, controlling, and addressing the asbestos within the building.

Depending on the condition and location of ACMs, various control measures can be applied. These may include encapsulation (sealing ACMs to prevent fiber release), enclosure (covering ACMs with a protective barrier), or removal (abatement of ACMs)

It is crucial to engage licensed asbestos companies such as Shore Green who have the expertise, experience, and equipment to handle asbestos safely. They will follow proper containment, removal, and disposal procedures to minimize the risk of fiber release.

Shore Green will Clearly communicate the presence of asbestos in the building to occupants, employees, and relevant stakeholders. Provide information on safety measures, emergency protocols, and any areas that should be avoided or handled with caution

Shore Green will Establish a schedule for regular inspections and monitoring of ACMs to ensure their ongoing condition and manage any potential deterioration. Additionally, conduct proper maintenance to prevent damage to ACMs and minimize the risk of fiber release.

Shore Green Will Provide training to relevant staff members, facility managers, and maintenance personnel on asbestos awareness, safe handling practices, and emergency response procedures. This helps ensure that everyone involved is informed and prepared to handle asbestos-related situations appropriately.
